By accessing or using the services provided by RANGELAB through our Shopify store (RANGELABUSA.COM) in the United States, you agree to be bound by the following service terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Service Scope

We provide online retail services for products including but not limited to insulated water bottles with personalized engraving (14oz Insulated Water Bottles with Straw, 45oz Insulated Water Bottles with Straw, 17oz Insulated Water Bottles), hats, and ceramic mugs. Our services include product display, order processing, payment acceptance, shipping, and after-sales support as outlined in our After-Sales Policy.

2. User Obligations

  • You warrant that all information provided during registration, order placement, and communication with us is true, accurate, and complete. You shall promptly update your information if there are any changes.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (such as passwords) and for all activities conducted under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • When placing an order for personalized engraved products, you shall provide accurate and clear customization information (such as text, patterns). We shall not be liable for errors caused by incorrect or ambiguous information provided by you.
  • You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies when using our services, and shall not engage in any illegal or improper activities, including but not limited to fraud, infringement of intellectual property rights, or dissemination of harmful information.

3. Order Processing

  • Once you place an order and make payment, we will confirm the order details within a reasonable time. An order is considered valid only after we confirm receipt of payment.
  • For personalized engraved products, we may provide a design proof for your confirmation (if applicable). The production process will commence only after your confirmation of the proof. Any delays caused by your failure to confirm the proof in a timely manner shall be your responsibility.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if there is a mistake in product pricing, description, or if we reasonably suspect fraud or other improper activities related to the order.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our Shopify store, including but not limited to product images, descriptions, logos, trademarks, and text, is the property of RANGELAB or our licensors and is protected by U.S. intellectual property laws. You shall not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify such content without our prior written permission.
  • For personalized engraved products, you warrant that the customization information you provide does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, or privacy rights. You shall indemnify us against any claims, damages, or losses arising from your infringement.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by applicable U.S. laws, RANGELAB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to the use of our services or products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
  • Our total liability for any direct damages arising from a breach of these service terms or defects in products shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant product.

6. Termination

  • We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these service terms or engage in any activities that we deem harmful to our business or other users.
  • Upon termination, your right to use our services shall cease immediately. The provisions related to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution shall survive termination.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These service terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
  • Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these service terms or our services shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between you and us. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Los Angeles, California, United States.

8. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these service terms from time to time. The revised terms will be posted on our Shopify store (RANGELABUSA.COM) with the effective date indicated. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of the revised terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
